Refunds are not applicable for completed consultations or personalized reports.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 7-10 business days and credited to the original payment method.
Orders for personalized services (e.g., birth chart reports, consultations) cannot be canceled once they are in progress or completed.
Subscription-based services can be canceled anytime, but cancellations will only prevent future billing cycles. No partial refunds will be issued for the current billing cycle.
